Are automatic transmission street bikes available?

Nelo Angelo asked:

So Ive been doing some research online about street bikes that use an auto transmission such as CVT instead of the standard clutch operated and am having trouble finding any companies that make decent models. I have a mild form of cerebral palsy so while I can operate a clutch in both a car and bike it is uncomfortable and would prefer something in an automatic. Can anyone give me suggestions? Websites and even pricing would be appreciated and I live in the US so a North American retailer would be prefered. Thanks in advance.
