How to improve upper body strength for motorcycle riding for women?
Me and my girlfriend is learning how to ride on a motorcycle and my guy friends tell me to exercise our upper body. Now what kind of exercises can we do that will help us? And in doing so, we don’t want to look like a body builder either, but just to improve our arms and strength when riding.
