Is it legal to carry a rifle on your back on a motorcycle? I want to take my AK47 (perfectly legal in my state) to the shooting range on my crotch rocket motorcycle. I know it would look pretty suspicious lol but if it’s legal to carry in your car why not on a motorcycle. Is this legal?

I have a motorcycle in Las Vegas which I am planning to sell next week. I am currently in Los Angeles. What steps do I need to take when it comes to power of attorney and having my friend signing the bill of sale for the bike for me if I am absent? do I just get a power of attorney notarized and do I have to register the power of attorney with the city or county??? what i am confused on is how would the dmv know if i gave my friend the power of attorney to sign a power of attorney when the buyer goes to register the bike??? thanks!

The driver of a car hit a man on a motorcycle because the driver ran a red light. Three weeks later, the man died. According to the police record, the driver was charged with only running a red light. What is up with that? Does that sound illegal to you? Shouldn’t the driver of a car have been charged with vehicular homicide or vehicular manslaughter?

I’m wondering if a license is required to drive those small motorcycle things in California. Or is there an age requirement? Also are they allow on bike lanes or what in California? I’m looking for as much information about it as possible. Thanks.

Does the Harley Davidson represent family any more as the Harley Davidson is now representing the ugly side to humanity in an opinion and should the lime light be taken away so the average citizen cannot be scared by a generation that rides a Harley Davidson.I spoke to a person who thought about buying a brand new Harley Davidson placing it in the town square of local city in front of everyone and taking a sledge hammer to the Harley Davidson until there was nothing left but bent steal.I did not know what to say so i said nothing.
